सबसे पहले आलुओं को छीलकर धो ले अब उन्हें लम्बे और पतले टुकड़ो में काटे जब आलू कट जाये तो कढ़ाई में तेज गैस पर तेल गर्म करे और जब तेल गर्म हो जाये तो आलुओं को तेल में डाल कर धीमी गैस पर ब्राउन होने तक तले जब आलू सुनहरे हो जाये तो टिशू पेपर पर निकालकर काली मिर्च व नमक डाले और टोमेटो सॉस के साथ सर्व करे
