Multigrain Savoury Crackers
Ingredients
- 175 grams Flour (100 grams Whole Wheat Flour, remaining 75 grams mixed millet flours)
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Ajwain powder
- 1/2 tsp Sesame Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Flax seed powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Cold Butter
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Kasuri Methi
- Red Chilli Powder (as per taste)
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients and add water to knead it into a tight dough.
- Preheat oven to 180 C.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the dough thin like chapati and cut into desired shape. Bake the crackers at 180 C for 10-12 minutes till golden.
